Having in common meticulous hands and precise gestures, passion and determination, pleasure and know-how, Fatima Ribeiro, Fraisier’s chef, and Sylvie Godel, ceramist, reinvent the relation between foodstuff and its container.
On the menu: second hand furniture, porcelain dishes, a variety of recipes based on herbs and plants, fruits and vegetables, in harmony with nature and the pleasure of eating.
Four themed meals with four-hands, to enjoy at the Jardin Botanique de Lausanne. During the afternoon, a “Thé au Jardin” (small menu of dishes and beverages) will be offered to gourmet passersbys.
