Culinary workshop: discovering Presidi products
Discover Presidi* Slow Food products through an exceptional culinary workshop. The astonishing farina “bona” of roasted corn, the incredible sbrinz from the Alps, the delicious honey from the precious black bees, the tasty hand-picked and dried prunes from the Tabular Jura, the rare rye sourdough bread from the Simplon and the traditional Vaudois walnut oil will mark out this three-course menu that you will cook and taste afterwards.
For those who wish to accompany this menu with wine, some of the lesser-known grape varieties that Slow Food supports will be offered for tasting.
*The Presidi are Slow Food projects that protect food production and quality know-how that are threatened with extinction.
