
Culinary summer camp
Monday to Friday, from July 4th to 22nd
Culinary activities, outings and entertainment adapted to the wishes of youngsters 7 to 14 years old in order to learn cooking rudiments and prepare (alone) a balanced and seasonal meal! Including relaxing activities and fully enjoy the summer break!
MONDAY – Swiss cuisine
Morning and noon: discovery and instruction of western cooking techniques, 100% Swiss meal preparation.
Afternoon: making of an artisanal syrup. Outing between “lake and forest” and Swiss snack.
TUESDAY – Asian immersion
Morning and noon: discovery and instruction of Asian cooking techniques, Asian meal preparation.
Afternoon : Création de Bubble Tea maison. Goûter chez un traiteur japonais.
WEDNESDAY- Oriental journey
Morning and noon: cooking “middle Eastern” food by balancing dishes through the discovery of spices. Middle Eastern meal preparation.
Afternoon: rock-climbing (levels adapted to the age and desire of each youngster. Snack on the spot.
THURSDAY – “So British… and American !”
Morning and noon: development of a complete Anglo-Saxon brunch.
Afternoon: “surprise”* outing and American snack.
FRIDAY – French cuisine
Morning and noon: discovery of tableware and table setting, making of a dish “à la française”.
Afternoon: cultural outing and snack in a lausannois bistro.

CHF 50.-/child per morning (from 8:45am to 1:30pm)
