Launch of crayfish week

In presence of frisky Serge Guidoux (Pêcherie d’Ouchy), Brasserie de Montbenon puts the emphasis on the lake Léman crayfish, with several versions of this delicious crustacean. Celebratory aperitif with the company of les Vins de Lausanne, who will have us taste their best bottles before sitting down to eat !
