SAUCE AND BROTH – MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR LEFTOVERS ( 3h)

Your fridge doesn’t reflect your zest for life? Does an open carton of cream sit next to carrot peelings – kept without really knowing what to do with them – or a discarded egg yolk? In the company of Aux Complices‘ creative duo, rethink your food scraps and put them to good use in Asian-inspired broths, sauces and tapas.

KOMBUCHA, KEFIR & WILD FERMENTED SODA (2 h 30)

Combine a place close to heaven – a micro-farm nestled on La Côte – with Raphaël, a market gardener and cook with sensitive, poetic creations. All the planets are aligned to plunge you into the world of fermented beverages; wild sodas made with produce from his gardens.

Gin (3 h 30)

Did you know that gin is made from cereals? Known as Switzerland’s granary, the Gros-de-Vaud region was the perfect place to set up Distillerie La Roja‘s impressive still. Come and discover this crazy machine and distill your very own gin from the region’s organic cereals.

Prices include workshop, on-site tasting and products to take home.
Adult from CHF 110
