Ferment your own kimchi / with cantine pop-up

Following the encounter in South Korea with the nicknamed queen of kimchi Kwang Hee “Mama” Park, Yan Luong and Lucy de Dea developed a vegetarian recipe that they would like to pass on. If you also desire to become the next Kimchi queen or king, this is the place!

Brew your own aromatic plants beer / at Brasserie du Jorat

Instead of putting thyme on your BBQ or sage in your infusion, put it in your beer under the guidance of Brasserie du Jorat master brewers. Because any effort deserves a reward, you will be tasting beer accompanied by local products and aromatic herbs madeleines especially created for the occasion by Maison Galatà.

Vinify organic wine / at Domaine Blaise Duboux

In the coming months, follow Bacchus’ footsteps and take part in the different steps of wine vinification from organic farming. Along with winemaker Blaise Duboux, monitor the ripening of the grape, participate in the harvest, discover grape pressing and learn how to taste new wines. Cheers!

Knead sourdough bread / at Ferme Iseli

A lot of us have tried sourdough bread (and to be honest, miserably failed!) Christina de Raab Iseli will help you bake one, not in a bakery but in a farm! Ultimate luxury: for your bread, you will be using organic grain from her own harvest!

“We don’t only use mozzarella with tomatoes or on a pizza”! Following this statement, father and son at Mozza’Fiato will teach you the unique gesture to make their mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella 100% from Vaud. (the latter is not an ice cream, by the way). Put on your hairnet and roll up your sleeves!
