On the program: a menu concocted by Chef and “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (best craftsperson in France) Fabien Pairon, featuring products from the Jorat Nature Park’s partners, preceded by a talk on the role of biodiversity for human beings by Prof. Philippe Christe.
