The festive event promoting natural wines and good products. A fair with winemakers, a garden party, a gastronomic menu, local producers and conferences.

4 advocates for good living and good eating in Romandie will partner up to create a major event called DESALPES, inspired by the richness and diversity of the alpine terroir. Association BRUT(e), the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron, Vins Vivants and SlowFood join forces around their common passions: alive wines and conscious food. DESALPES will celebrate winemakers from the Alpine region as well as local producers and artisans. Always seeking simplicity and authenticity, the quality of their production reflects their profound respect for humans and for the environment.
