In collaboration with Food Zurich, we are gathering two young and innovative chefs from both cities for an exciting four-hands dinner. Carlos Alexander Navarro (Rechberg 1837, Zurich) and Rafael Rodriguez (Abbaye de Montheron, Lausanne) share their passion for traditions and local products et will create a meal inspired by their respective heritage.
