Lausanne Immigrants’ office (BLI) celebrates its 50th birthday. To mark this anniversary, they organize, in collaboration with Lausanne à Table, one stroll from the 4 corners of the world. Discover the neighborhood of la Pontaise, la Borde and du Centre, accompanied by guided walks author and editor Pierre Corajoud. All along the path, four tasting stops will make you travel through the flavors of the world, from Africa to Asia, by way of South America.
On the agenda? Moroccan sweets from Boulangerie Grin in rue du Valentin, African specialties from Mama cuisine Habesha, Chilean empanadas from Creación del Tata (still in la Borde), and finally the Asian delights from the shop Asia Kim Dung in rue Chaucrau.
