To mark the 10th anniversary of Lausanne à Table, the Grand Table of the Lausannois is making a comeback.
Created in 2012 by six restaurateur friends, The Grand Table of the Lausannois returns after a seven-year absence. For this 7th edition, the team has gotten stronger, with eight chefs from the region concocting a 16-hand, seven-course menu.
Join them in the City of Lausanne’s greenhouses for three evenings of plant-based cuisine in a unique setting.
With the participation of: Nicolas Abegg from ParisZurich, Mauro Bottazzi from Mauro Traiteur, François Grognuz from Brasserie de Montbenon, Romano Hasenauer from Auberge du Chalet-des-Enfants, Julien Lerouxel and Gabriel Serero from La Ferme de Lilan, Serge Prod’hom from l’Esquisse, Didier Sidot from Quai 14.
