Journey from bakery to bakery to discover a local specialty: Le Ramequin. 

As a follow up to last year’s carac (a chocolate tartlet glazed with green icing), ice creams, and salted sugar (la salée au sucre), Lausanne à Table is back with what is now an unmissable annual competition. This year, we’re turning our attention to a specialty from our local artisan bakers.

Get your sneakers and your taste buds ready for a cheese-flavored stroll!
