Lausanne à Table propose plus de 30 événements gourmands, festifs et décalés de mai à décembre !

The Amaretto Workshops

Didactic and festive workshops aiming at highlighting a local and seasonal production in order to make the public aware of the issues related to production and exploitation in a convivial and greedy way.

These are three workshops offered by Amaretto : 

  • Sunday, June 4: chutney workshop with LEGRAM.
    Making a rhubarb chutney followed by an English-style Tea Time snack.
  • Monday 21 to Friday 25 August: Passata week with 5 workshops.
  • Sunday, October 8: Pickle workshop by Tina de Zymi followed by a sandwich tasting.



June 4: 1:30 to 4:00 pm
August 21 to 25: 5:00 to 7:30 pm
October 8: 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
