Pick your own organic vegetables in the garden in the company of the horticulturists and create your own sauerkraut or your own artisanal turnip compote, using back in the days methods and tools.
Greeted at the permaculture garden of l’Auberge du Chalet des Enfants, participants will pick their own vegetables, prepare them and will leave with their crafter jars.
Naturally, the event will end up with an aperitif !
