Immerse yourself in the world of fermentation with an exclusive collaboration between two players from West Lausanne: the Japanese restaurant Perilla and the delicious organic and artisanal kombuchas from Urban Kombucha, during a visit to the factory followed by a fermented meal pairing with kombuchas and food presented by chef Emilie Bourquin and kombucha production manager Antoine Michaud.
