Table 1 / Chessboards, Beau-Rivage Palace’s garden

Enter through the front door of one of the most majestic palaces in the world and discover an intimate place in the Beau-Rivage Palace.
A table set on the chessboard of the Palace’s gardens, with a view of the lake Léman, is what chef Paolo Boscaro of Restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic** proposes you.

Table 2 – Tourelle de Montbenon and Chapel Tell

For this ephemeral table, it is a two-part meal, you start with an aperitif on the turret of the Casino de Montbenon, with one of the most beautiful views on the lake Léman (which must be earned! The stairs that lead to the turret are memorable…).
Next, you will eat your meal a couple of steps below, at the Tell’s Chapel at the foot of the Casino.

Table 3 / Ouchy’s sea wall

An ephemeral table standing near the water? Chefs Julien Lerouxel and Gabriel Serero from Conte-Goûts will occupy the Ouchy’s levee, exceptionally open for you, in order to share a panoramic and Lemanic meal, only accompanied by the sound of gulls and ripples.

Table 7 / Sauvabelin Tower

If there is one emblematic tower that overlooks the Lausanne panorama, it is the Sauvabelin Tower. It will host an ephemeral table under the direction of Chef Rafael Rodriguez from the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron. A meal to be earned: to enjoy the view and the cooking, it will be necessary to climb the 151 steps of the Sauvebelin Tower!

Located on the heights of Lausanne, in the heart of the countryside, the family Hess Farm cultivates its vegetables that are sold at the farmers’ market.
