October 21 at 2:30 p.m : Picking vegetables in the garden and making jars to ferment at home Workshop for children led by Yvan Schneider
October 22 at 7 p.m : Beetroot, roe compote, sauerkraut or kimchi: a discovery menu of fermented foods
October 24 at 2:30 p.m : Lactofermentation workshop for adults
