Sauerkraut (and fermentation) party

Sauerkraut, pickles and kimchi will have the place of honor during these 4 days dedicated to fermented food.

Workshops, tastings, lectures and sauerkraut battle will be proposed to you!

Program :

October 21 at 2:30 p.m : Picking vegetables in the garden and making jars to ferment at home Workshop for children led by Yvan Schneider

October 22 at 7 p.m : Beetroot, roe compote, sauerkraut or kimchi: a discovery menu of fermented foods

October 23 at 6:30 p.m : Conference on fermentation followed by a tasting with Nicolas Perrenoud from the Spirit of the Major and Arnaud Gervaix from Urban Kombucha 

October 24 at 2:30 p.m : Lactofermentation workshop for adults
