Porcelain, century-old trees, products freshly brought back from the market and deliciously cooked… Fatima Ribeiro, Fraisier’s chef, partners up with ceramist Sylvie Godel to offer a meal that will transform itself into ephemeral tableaux!
This year, “Staged Dishes” will also occupy the magnificent église St-François and will offer two site inspired meals.
