The big barbecue of the lake

To bring the Levant and Western Lausanne closer together, the Auberge du Chalet des Enfants and the Brasserie de Montbenon will roast three Vaud lambs over a wood fire!

To accompany these “shawarma” with a local sauce, the Guinguette de Vidy also invites the winemakers of the Salon DESALPES and their natural wines.

This event is an opportunity to celebrate good food, local products, summer and the lake!
