The Salée au Sucre Trot
During the summer, from 15 May to 28 June
Trot from bakery to bakery to discover a local delicacy: the salée au sucre (salted with sugar). A true emblem of Vaud’s culinary heritage, this creamy dessert has been delighting the region’s inhabitants since the early 20th century.
Thick, thin, sliced: have a stroll, let yourself be surprised and vote for the ones that tickle your taste buds.

*Thanks to your Trotte de la Salée au sucre pass, which you will receive the week after your order by post, you will be able to taste a salty sugar at each of the artisans participating in the event. We will also send you in this mail a code allowing you to vote online for your 3 favorite sugar salties!
