The great return of the Tables Ephémères! This time, they will be held in seven places that make Lausanne. A moment at the crossroads between heritage, culture and gastronomy.
At the top of the Cathedral, in the middle of the Tuilière stadium or on the top floor of the Bel-Air Tower, it’s a timeless evening that awaits a few lucky people, around a meal served by a chef.

Only one registration per person per table is possible.
The registration is valid for the person drawn and his/her +1.
The persons drawn will be contacted on June 1st and an invoice of 240.00 (120 pp) will be sent to them by email.

June 22: La Tour Bel Air x Chef Fabien Pairon of the Auberge Communale du Mont-sur-Lausanne*

Fabien Pairon, the Best Worker of France pork butcher at the head of the Auberge Communale in Mont-sur-Lausanne, will treat 8 guests on the panoramic terrace of the Bel-Air Tower. He will concoct a menu tinged with a passion for local gastronomy, a little farm, a little pork butchery and above all a love for sharing and conviviality. The doors of the 19th floor terrace of the Bel-Air tower will be open to the lucky few for the occasion; a unique access to one of the most beautiful views of Lausanne.

July 13: City Hall x Chef Fatima Ribeiro du Fraisier*

Fatima Ribeiro, the self-taught chef of Le Fraisier, will introduce you to her narrative vision of gastronomy in the unique setting of the Lausanne City Hall. A tour of the building will open the evening, which will then continue in the Salle Vuillermet where the 8 lucky guests will taste a menu imagined by the chef with her boundless imagination and creativity. An evening at the crossroads between historical anecdotes, discovery of the city’s backstage and gastronomy.

July 12 Platform 10 x Chef Bruno Andrade of Nabi

Bruno Andrade, the chef of Nabi, welcomes you to the heart of Platform 10 to introduce a few lucky diners to his aesthetic, committed and regionally inspired cuisine. The sensory experience of the museums is extended to the table thanks to the creativity of the chef for a moment out of time in a unique setting. Lovers of art, culture and gastronomy, try your luck for this atypical table.

July 27 The Cathedral x Chief Alba Farnos Viñals de LEGRAM*

Alba Farnos Viñals, LEGRAM’s Catalan chef, is passionate about good products. She offers a fresh and innovative cuisine that she executes with precision. For the Tables Ephémères, the chef will cook for 4 lucky people at the top of the Cathedral’s belfry. The lucky ones will be welcomed by Cassandre Berdoz, the Cathedral’s lookout who will share her enthusiasm for this unique place through a historical visit.

September 8 Château Saint-Maire x Chef Rafael Rodriguez of the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron

The chef of the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron, Rafaël Rodriguez, is committed to sustainable gastronomy. In 2021, he was awarded a green star by the Michelin guide for his cuisine, which is imbued with his love for nature. For this ephemeral table, the chef will propose a menu composed of the best products from his local suppliers. A unique meal in the heart of the city in the Château Saint-Maire, built in the 15th century to accommodate the bishops of Lausanne, which exceptionally opens its doors to the lucky winners.

September 14 Le Palais de Rumine x Chef Jérôme Bridet from äta*.

Jérôme Bridet, the travelling chef of the restaurant Atä, adapts Swiss products to different traditional preservation techniques such as smoking, salting, drying or fermenting. Come travel with him to the top of the South turret of the Palais de Rumine for a moment out of time with a breathtaking view. The meal will be preceded by a visit behind the scenes of the emblematic building of the Riponne for a total immersion in this place tinged with history.

September 21 The Tuilière Stadium x Chefs François Grognu of the Brasserie de Montbenon and Guillaume Rainex of Café Saint-Pierre

A meal concocted with 4 hands for 8 lucky people in an empty soccer stadium? This is the promise that Lausanne à Table makes to you for this Table Éphémère in collaboration with the FC Lausanne-Sport and the chefs Guillaume Rainex and François Grognuz. The chefs, respectively of the Café St-Pierre and the Brasserie de Montbenon, work with local products and get their supplies from the best craftsmen of the region. A unique moment in this central place of Lausanne’s life where the few guests will be able to discover the backstage.

*Please note that, due to the architecture of the place, these tables are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The tables in the Cathedral and the Palais de Rumine are not recommended for people with fear of heights.
