The Tavolata

What does La Tavolata mean to you? For us, it’s a big table, friendly with lots of sharing, all accompanied by generous Italian dishes. 

Before dinner, you will learn how to make gnocchi, real pesto or even fresh pasta. 

Lausanne à Table and its Italian members have created an afternoon and an evening that will transport you south of the Alps while in an atypical place in the heart of Lausanne.

15:30 – 17:00 Local pesto workshop with Les Jardins Chivrageon
17:00 – 18:30 Fresh pasta workshop with the Epicerie Sainte-Lucie

19:00 – 22:00 A big Tavolata with dishes prepared by the Italian members of Lausanne à Table: Mangiobevo, Un Po’ di Più, Mauro traiteur, Brew Society
