At Parfum d’épices atelier in Crissier, take charge of the kitchen in the morning and reveal to the jury and to the public your creativity and your culinary competences in a real restaurant setting.
Join one of the two teams of 7 people or compose a team entirely and come tackle the elaboration of a menu “appetizer and main course” on a given theme, during 2h30.
Only constraint: budget (CHF 500 by team), number of portions (40), and one of the proposed dishes must be vegetarian. The same morning, provisions has to be bought at stores supported by the Fondation pour le commerce lausannois.
Participants will profit from professional support and will also get to taste their creation. A dessert prepared by Parfum d’épices will complement the meal.
Price for the winners: CHF 700.
The public is welcome to support the participants and, upon registration, taste their creations and vote for the best team.
