Wild plants and Jorat flavors.

On a stroll through the parc naturel du Jorat, participants learn about the rules for gathering wild plants and the uses of several local edible plants.

In the second part of the outing, you’ll make and taste a simple preparation based on the wild plants you’ve picked, topped off with local Jorat products around a wood fire.
