This workshop invites you to explore the flavors of Iran while discovering the region’s wines. You’ll learn how to prepare delicious Dolmehs, stuffed vine leaves, and taste fresh, fragrant Iranian cucumber yoghurt.

To complete the experience, a selection of local wines will accompany each bite, creating a surprising harmony between Persian cuisine and Swiss terroir.
