Lisa, from Café de Chavannes, is passionate about ceramics, and her wish is to make tableware for the restaurant. This event combines three disciplines: coffee roasting, cooking and ceramics.

the chef Aldwin Beets is offering a menu featuring coffee from Robin Moret de Charbon, who will be on hand to sample a few coffees.

For the occasion, Lisa is making a collection of small cups for each participant to take home.
