The winegrowers of Tartegnin invest in Lausanne to prepare a large wood-fired raisinée.

It will take 36 hours to prepare.

This will be an opportunity to share convivial moments between town and country, and to taste local Tartegnin products. A subscription will be available for bottles of grapefruit, with all proceeds going to charity.
