This year, at the request of the Sugar Spouts, we’re back on the sweet side with this emblem of our regions’ culinary heritage, mentioned in cookery books as far back as the 20th century.
Get your sneakers and your taste buds ready as we take you around town to 10 bakeries to taste their version of this delicacy.
