As part of the Summer Market, explore the greenhouses of the  Ville de Lausanne horticultural estate and enjoy tastings of summer wines paired with a selection of products from Lausanne’s agricultural estates and local producers.

Crisp vegetables, mezzes, madeleines, grilled specialties, and cheeses will take center stage alongside wines from the  Domaines de la Ville of Lausanne: Rosé, Préambule, white specialties and historical range.

Enough to make your mouth water, and leave with a selection of your favorite products.
