This edition of Tables Ephémères kicks off with an air of vacation in our neighboring town of Renens: with our feet almost in the water, between the Cobra and Kamikaze slides, and accompanied by the Italian flavors of Bar Gala on our plates, we offer a glimpse of a summer with accents of dolce vita.

with Fabien Pairon of l’Auberge Communale du Mont-sur-Lausanne 

Head for Prilly for this table suspended above the water, in several stages on the diving board platforms. Fabien Pairon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France charcutier, concocts a menu tinged with a passion for local gastronomy, a little farmhouse, a little charcutier, and above all a love of sharing and conviviality. Put on your schlaps and leave your woolly toys at home.

Stade de la Pontaise – July 17
with Shahrzad Zardoost from Ardineh 

On your marks, get set… enjoy! Take your place in the heart of the legendary Pontaise stadium for an evening of flavors, between the athletics track and Persian flavors. Shahrzad Zardoost takes you on a journey of discovery through the culinary heritage handed down by generations of women in her family.

Tennis de Montchoisi – July 24 
with Benjamin Deschamps by Déci Comptoir Gourmand 

Service, backhand… and dessert! A unique moment in the middle of a tennis court, punctuated by the “poc” of balls on rackets and Benjamin Deschamps’ bistronomic delights on plates. On the menu: modern interpretations of local dishes inspired by his travels.

Club du Lausanne–Sports Aviron – August 21 
with Vieux-Lausanne × La Rincette 

Head for the shores of Lake Geneva for an evening with your eyes in the water and your feet in the stamm of the Lausanne-Sports Aviron Club. Take a behind-the-scenes look at the club and enjoy a menu concocted by La Rincette’s neighbors, in a lakeside atmosphere at sunset.

Centre de glace de la Vaudoise aréna – August 24 
with Luis Zuzarte from l’Appart 

Try your luck at the LHC’s home away from home. A moment out of time in a small group, contrasting with the fervor of the fans. Chef Luis Zuzarte will accompany this moment with a spontaneous and modern menu featuring products from local producers.

Manège du Mont–sur–Lausanne – August 28 
with Boris Spicher fromTaqueria Don Vergas 

Gallop around the paddock for an evening in the bucolic setting of the Manège du Mont-sur-Lausanne, then enjoy a meal with a Mexican flavour imagined by chef Boris Spicher and featuring plant-based products. A caress for the horses before dessert rounds off the evening.

Terrain de street basket du Collège Arnold-Reymond à Pully  – September 11 
with Julien Ryter from Aux Complices

For this last table, we’re visiting our friends from Pulliéran for a table in the middle of a basketball court: the perfect opportunity to practice your basket shots and work up an appetite before enjoying a menu featuring plant-based dishes devised by the chef from Au Complices. Dessert is promised to the three-point winner.
