To prepare for the auction, take the opportunity to discover the secrets of tasting new wines and the expression of the five terroirs of the Domaines de la Ville de Lausanne in the company of an oenologist and a winemaker. The workshop will conclude with a convivial aperitif in the magical setting of the Municipality’s carnotzet.
