Lausanne’s richness can also be savoured on your plate! Following on from the Quartiers Gourmands, in collaboration with the BLI and Mosaic Cuisine, La Cité Gourmande invites you on a three-night culinary journey, guided by members of the city’s diverse international communities. Each evening, a hands-on cooking workshop immerses you in the flavours, techniques and traditions of a different part of the world, followed by a convivial meal shared among participants.
Wednesday 11 November – Ukrainian specialities with a representative from the association Together
Thursday 12 November – Eritrean specialities with a representative from the association Gezana
Friday 13 November – South Asian speciality with a representative from the Indian Association
