The Autumn Fondue

Now a must in autumn, the famous fondue in the flamboyant Parc de Valency.

A view of Lake Geneva, half-and-half fondues with good Gruyère AOP lovingly prepared by André Macheret, white wine and friends: this is the now-famous Lausanne à Table recipe.

To round off the event, Ackermann Artisan Boulanger and Gang de Cookies will be on hand with desserts, Domaines de la Ville de Lausanne with a bar and The Coffee Society with a coffee stand.

We’re also delighted to welcome the authors of the book Haute Fondue, published by Helvetiq. You’ll be able to buy signed copies of the book and enjoy fondues at their stand.
