For one exceptional evening, the Naturéum from Palais de Rumine opens its doors to welcome a select few. A long table has been set right in the middle of the shop windows, in a setting that is as unusual as it is enchanting.

On the menu: a 100% plant-based meal created by Alba Farnos Viñals, head chef at the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron, which creates a cuisine rooted in nature and the seasons, perfectly complementing the collections around you.
