Registration

In collaboration with Ackermann Artisan Boulanger and ferme de Rovéréaz, Lausanne à Table is delighted to invite you to take a look behind the scenes of a unique project: a loaf of bread made entirely in Lausanne using local produce.

A bread made from wheat grown and milled in the hills above Lausanne, then kneaded and baked at Ackermann’s Lausanne bakery in La Sallaz. A project where every step tells the story of our local terroir.

This year, we’ve followed the wheat from the field to the mill, and we’re proud to present the result of this wonderful collaboration.

Join us for the launch event, where you can discover how the bread is made, meet the people behind it, and leave with a lovely slice of Lausanne under your arm.

Limited places available.
Price: 10.-, including the bread.
