After the success of the first edition in 2023, Lausanne à Table the Palais Gourmand is returning. 

Let yourself be surprised by this event which combines gourmet delights, archaeology, history, and the natural sciences.

The program includes an unusual tour of the Palais de Rumine during which museum guards will guide you through the surprising and varied rooms of this emblematic building, accompanied by tastings inspired by the museum collections.
