Three days of culinary and cultural discoveries as part of the Semaine du Goût.
For three days, three neighborhoods are transformed into culinary ports of call, showcasing the gastronomic traditions of West Africa, South Asia and South America.
In the afternoon, dip your hands in the flour alongside passionate cooks from local communities and in the company of the chef from Alter Start Food.You’ll be guided in the preparation of dishes emblematic of their cultures.
In the evening, it’s time for a convivial get-together around a large table to enjoy the dishes cooked in the afternoon. Whether you’re a chef for a day or just a gourmet, come and enjoy an explosion of flavors and encounters.
You can get your hands dirty or your feet under the table.
This culinary journey will conclude on the last evening with a buffet dinner.
