Two days of culinary and cultural discoveries co-created with Semaine du Goût (Taste Week) with the support of the Bureau Lausannois pour les Immigrés (BLI).
For two days, two neighborhoods will be transformed into culinary destinations, showcasing the gastronomic traditions of West Africa and South America.
In the afternoon, get your hands dirty with passionate cooks from local communities and the chef from Alter Start Food. You will be guided in preparing dishes that are emblematic of their cultures.
In the evening, it’s time to get together around a large table to taste the dishes cooked in the afternoon. Whether you’re a chef for a day or simply a food lover, come and enjoy an explosion of flavors and encounters.
You can get your hands dirty or put your feet under the table.
This culinary journey will end on the last evening with a buffet.
