Join us on the Cathedral Esplanade to celebrate Losanna a Tavola, an open-air festival dedicated to Italian flavours, produce and craftsmanship.

To mark the recent inclusion of Italian cuisine on UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list, we are showcasing our members and their creations. A convivial day, perfect for a Federal Fast Sunday, where relaxation and culinary discovery come together.

With dishes from Bar à Mozzarella, Bongusto Italiano, Domani Pizza, Loom Gelateria, Mangiobevo and Non Solo where you’ll be able to make your own arancini, the coffee Brew Society and Italian appetisers from Lemon Brothers, and much more besides.

Walk-in registration welcome !

Free admission.
Workshops cost between 20 and 35 francs.
