Dinner is served!
The Municipality’s carnotzet opens its doors to us for a supper to discover traditional but little-known Swiss recipes.
No papet vaudois, fondue or rösti, participants will get off the beaten track and enjoy dishes inspired by recipes from the Helvetiq books by chef Alba Farnos Viñals of the Auberge Abbaye de Montheron.
We end on a high note with an absinthe tasting narrated by Tania Brasseur.
