La gelateria in Lausanne LOOM and the kombucha producer Urban Kombucha invite you to enjoy a summer evening with a Mediterranean flavour, right at the heart of the drinks factory! On the programme: a tour of the factory, tastings of kombucha ice cream and special editions, cocktails, Sardinian fregola, music and la dolce vita.

Price: 49.-, including the tour, two cocktails, a summer dish and two scoops of ice cream.
