Experience total immersion in wine and gastronomy in the magnificent Parc de l’Hermitage.

Vincent Beetschen, passionate winemaker in Bursins, and Jérôme Binder, founding chef of Parfum d’Épices in Crissier, are joining forces to offer you a unique opportunity to discover five exceptional grape varieties.

Taste the grapes directly from the vines specially installed for the occasion, taste the musts before vinification, enjoy the wines produced from these grape varieties and savour five small dishes specially created to enhance each pairing.

In case of rain, the event will be moved to the Parfum d’Épices workshop in Crissier.
