For this edition of Tables Éphémères, get ready to explore behind the scenes in Lausanne and the surrounding area. Venues that are usually off-limits to the public are opening their doors to a select few.
On the programme: eight dinners for six to eight guests, taking place behind the scenes at eight venues across the city, with eight local chefs at the helm.
Try your luck at taking part in one of these unique, timeless dining experiences and immerse yourself in venues that are, to say the least, unusual.
These intimate gatherings promise moments of pure wonder, where conversation blends with amazement. For that is the true magic of Tables Éphémères: transforming an evening into a story.
