Join us for the second edition of the Grand Banquet Vaudois — a celebration of the Vaud region’s local produce on the shores of Lake Geneva.

The format: a long table for two hundred lucky guests who will meet around ten Vaud artisans and sample the best of the region’s culinary heritage.

Exceptional produce and surroundings for this convivial occasion, where Vaud’s expertise will take centre stage on the plate.

Golden Malakoffs fromHôtel Rivage-Lutry, with the raisin tart from Chez Séverine et Luca including the preparation of Artisans boulangers-patissiers-confiseurs vaudois, regional cheeses from the Fromagerie Macheret and many more… With authors from the publishing house in attendance Helvetiq and l’Atelier Typo de la Cité.

This event is organised in collaboration with SDIO.

Participants are not required to be present when the event begins. The artisans will be on hand throughout the event.
