On the programme: a unique tasting focusing on the Chasselas grape variety, a symbol of the Lake Geneva wine-growing heritage and a wine with good ageing potential, paired with the finest, long-aged Gruyère cheese.
Participants will have the privilege of discovering three exceptional white wines from the Domaines de la Ville de Lausanne, whose age will complement that of the cheeses carefully selected by the fromagerie Macheret.
A 12-year-old vintage paired with a 12-month-old Gruyère, a 24-year-old with a 24-month-old, and a 36-year-old with a 36-month-old!
A unique experience to savour history through perfect pairings.
The tasting will be accompanied by the famous salt-crusted flutes from Chez Séverine et Luca in Lausanne (gold medal 2023).
Registration opens on Thursday 5 November at bo-noel.ch.
Price: 39.-
