Inspired by the Mexican brunches of Laura Spicher’s mum and grandma from the Taqueria Don Vergas, This event will celebrate home-style cooking that is hearty and convivial.

This brunch is a tribute to those moments of togetherness, to recipes passed down through the generations, to dishes meant to be shared, and to a table where we gather, all inspired by family love. Come and enjoy the cuisine of the Taqueria Don Vergas.
