A tour of bakeries in search of pains au chocolat. Following on from the raisin tart, the carac, ice cream, the salted-sugar pastry and the ramequin, Lausanne à Table is back with its now unmissable annual competition.

This year, we’ll be moving away from traditional treats to sample a classic found in every bakery and fill up on butter and happiness. 

Get your trainers and your taste buds ready to explore the city and visit 10 bakeries to sample their 

100% artisanal version of this pastry.
