Brasserie de Montbenon

You may already know the Brasserie for its lovely terrace and traditional cuisine, but do you know their Gin Club? Lily bar

The Lily Bar will introduce you to their flagship drink, the Red Velvet, a creation of the bartender. Made with gin, violet liqueur, spicy syrup and lemon juice, this cocktail is smoked with rosemary and placed under a cloche. And if spicy isn’t for you, let yourself be tempted by the Hot Vanilla Apple, a warm cocktail made with vanilla vodka and apple juice, presented with its cinnamon “magic bubble”.
