In keeping with tradition, we look forward to seeing you under the trees in Valency Park for our unmissable October fondue. With views over Lake Geneva, a half-and-half fondue with Gruyère AOP prepared byAndré Macheret, white wine and good company. A simple recipe, top-quality ingredients and friends: everything you need to get autumn off to a good start.ien entrer dans l’automne.

With wines from Domaines de la Ville de Lausanne, hot drinks from la Dame du Café and the desserts from Maboule Boulangerie.
