Lausanne à Table and its 50 or so stallholders invite you to Rue Centrale and the Places des Pionnières and Pépinet for a weekend dedicated to good food and sharing.

Free entertainment, workshops and concerts punctuate the weekend, creating a warm and festive atmosphere, ideal for a stroll with family, friends or on your own. Young and old alike will find something to enjoy in the friendly atmosphere that is the hallmark of Lausanne à Table.

Last orders 60 minutes before closing.
Takes place whatever the weather.

A passionate trio bringing the 80s back to life with 7-inch vinyl records, in a retro and festive atmosphere, offering a unique and nostalgic musical experience, a far cry from the overplayed classics.

Brasserie Docteur Gab’s
Discover the key stages of the brewing process and learn about the distinctive characteristics of different beer styles. A tasting session will round off the experience and give you the chance to put your new knowledge into practice.

Aromathèque
A blind spice tasting followed by a workshop on making za’atar, the classic Middle Eastern herb blend. Each participant will take home their own homemade jar.

Discover nixtamalisation, an ancient Mexican process. Make your own traditional tortillas using a corn grinder and explore the many ways to use corn dough.

Discover the world of Tibetan momos: learn about their origins, ingredients and how they’re made, followed by a tasting of these delicious steamed dumplings.

Chez Maud
Learn how to cook using every part of an ingredient so that nothing goes to waste. A hands-on and inspiring workshop on zero-waste cooking.


Music programme – Stage, Place des pionnières

The Sunday music programme is organised in collaboration with On Stage, one of the programmes of the Fondation EJMA Live which supports emerging young artists from French-speaking Switzerland by offering them opportunities to perform on stage. It enables them to gain experience, build their network and advance their artistic careers.

Alex Brehana
Based between Switzerland and Moldova, Alex Breahna crafts melancholic pop in three languages, where memories and loss intertwine with quiet passions.

Irikanto
Irikanto, a singer-songwriter from Geneva, blends indie pop, folk and soul in her songs, which are sung in English.

Mody & The Birds
A self-taught singer-songwriter, Mody and the birds blends melancholy and euphoria in musical tales inspired by nature and cyberpunk.

Smoky
Originally a drummer, Max – also known as Smoky – has developed a rap style characterised by varied flows and captivating melodies.

Wittwen Spices & Vanilla
A sensory journey through the spices of the world! Children make their own spice blend and take their creation home with them.

From sheep to ice cream
La Brebisane
An introduction to the origins of milk and the differences between cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk. A tasting of various artisanal ice creams.

Nothing goes to waste – everything can be cooked!
Herbula Viola
What if vegetable peelings could be turned into delicious recipes? The children touch, smell and transform the ingredients to discover that nothing goes to waste in the kitchen, and they leave with their own creations.

Traditional Tabasaqueño hot chocolate
Taqueria don Vergas
The children prepare a traditional Tabasco-style hot (or cold) chocolate using cocoa beans, maize and spices, all ground in a tortilla mill.

Let’s Press On Together
Opaline factory
A tasting of Opaline juice, followed by a blind fruit tasting to awaken the taste buds, after which the children press their own local apples using a mini juicer. They leave with their own 100% natural, homemade juice.

With its intimate, sunny surf rock sound, Refaire Le Monde captures in music those nights in Lausanne spent putting the world to rights with friends.

With their dreamy yet irreverent electropop, Météore create colourful, otherworldly soundscapes in French, where dreams, the strange and human emotions blend together joyfully.

Lily Sollors
An Anglo-Swiss singer whose work spans jazz, musical theatre and vocal harmonies, she composes to send shivers down your spine and create moments of pure emotion.

There’s always a good excuse to organise a karaoke night! Come and celebrate the close of the 2026 Miam Festival by singing along with us.
